Purpose of position
The Solution Engineer is responsible for developing and designing Salesforce-based technology solutions that meet Cloudgaia’s customers’ technical and business requirements. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team and customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing technical support and innovative solutions. The Solution Engineer Executive plays a key role in ensuring that solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with Salesforce ecosystem best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Area Internal Impact:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customers’ technical and business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within internal processes and propose innovative solutions.
External Impact:
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and design Salesforce solutions that address those needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops for customers, showcasing the capabilities of the proposed solutions.
  • Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages, ensuring solutions meet requirements and deliver strong outcomes.
Delivery Area Internal Impact:
  • Work collaboratively with other solution engineers and developers on implementation projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and long-term continuity for customers.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and releases.
External Impact:
  • Document proposed solutions and technical processes for future reference.
  • Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with Salesforce ecosystem best practices.
