- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customers’ technical and business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within internal processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and design Salesforce solutions that address those needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops for customers, showcasing the capabilities of the proposed solutions.
- Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages, ensuring solutions meet requirements and deliver strong outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other solution engineers and developers on implementation projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and long-term continuity for customers.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and releases.
- Document proposed solutions and technical processes for future reference.
- Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with Salesforce ecosystem best practices.
- Active listening and a consultative approach.
